One address, read by one person. There is no form, because a form would only email me anyway.
Zomefy is run by Mahesh N from Pune. I read everything that arrives here and normally reply within two working days. If something is urgent and factual — a figure on the site that is wrong — say so in the subject line and it goes to the front of the queue.
Reporting something wrong
This is the most useful thing you can write about, and the easiest for me to act on. Every number on the site is read from a promoter's MahaRERA filing, so a wrong number means one of three things: the register has been updated since I last read it, the filing itself is wrong, or I have misread it. All three are worth fixing or explaining.
Please include:
- the project's MahaRERA registration number, or a link to its page here;
- the figure you are looking at and what it should say;
- where you are seeing the correct version, if you have it.
I check the claim against the register rather than taking either side's word for it, and if the site is wrong I correct it and it goes out with the next daily rebuild.
If you are the promoter
You are welcome to write, and a genuine error will be fixed on the same terms as anyone else's report. What I cannot do is remove an accurate figure, reorder anything, or take a project down because the record is unflattering. Everything here is reproduced from your own filing with a state authority, and it is public whether or not it appears on this site. If your filing has changed, tell me and I will re-read it.
What I cannot help with
Zomefy does not sell property and is not a registered real estate agent, so I cannot put you in touch with a builder, arrange a site visit, get you a discount, or tell you whether a specific flat is a good buy. I also cannot give legal advice — for a live dispute, particularly anything under section 18 of the Act, talk to a lawyer who handles MahaRERA matters.
Everything else
Press questions, requests to use the data, notes about something that is broken on the site, and suggestions about what to cover next all go to the same address. So do privacy questions, which are also covered on the privacy page.
